Olink Target 96 panel is an assay panel that allows to quantify 96 biomarkers of interest in the immune response mechanisms in human. As part of the ARCADIA study (a pharmacokinetic study of ceftazidime-avibactam in critically ill patients with biomarkers exploration), the Olink Target 96 panel "Immune Response" will be run on the collected samples. Later on, the dynamics of the biomarkers will be evaluated for their interest in model-informed precision dosing.
The aim of this literature review is to identify which biomarkers could have the best potential for characterizing disease severity, monitoring or predicting the response to antibiotics treatment.
The work will be carried out in Uppsala, however in a research group, that offers an international environment. The working language, including supervision, will be English.
