Duration
Ten thursdays á 6 hours, once a month for two semesters.
Description
The content is aimed at doctoral students who work within the various healthcare professions and who conduct clinical research. Language usually Swedish but if wanted or needed English.
Learning Outcomes
1. Be able to identify and propose research methodologies that are applicable in general medicine
2. Demonstrate the ability to lead and actively contribute to scientific discussions and present scientific material orally and in writing within the field of general medicine
3. Demonstrate the ability to use peer-to-peer supervision as a method for developing one's scientific work

Content
- Practical teaching in research methodology and presentation in writing and speaking
- Methods for developing drafts into scientific texts intended for publication
- Scientific exchange with external researchers
- Updated information on methods in e.g. statistics, reference management and bibliometrics

Instructions
The content is taught through the participants' own scientific presentations, group review of scientific texts, seminars, and lectures.
Examination
- At least one oral presentation
